My wife and I had an absolutely excellent experience selling our house with Brent and would highly recommend him to anyone. We decided rather abruptly to sell our home on Alki Beach and move to San Francisco. With our first consultation, Brent understood our goals - a very quick sale and a expending a minimal amount of time/money as the sellers. Brent secured two offers on our house in the very first week and we closed just 6 weeks after meeting him! In that first week, Brent helped us to stage our house with fantastic skill - which of our furniture and decorations should be stored, which should remain, what additional decoration we should buy and what decoration he could provide for staging. He advised on a minimal set of repairs and touch ups for the house, helped with replacing some light fixtures and patching some drywall.

Brent is really full service. The professional photo shoot he arranged was absolutely astounding! I was very skeptical that the photo shoot would be of much value - however the photos looked AMAZING and I must have heard from 30+ friends and coworkers how incredible our home was. When dealing with the buyers and their agent, Brent did a tremendous job in representing our wishes and negotiating very favorably on our behalf. Due to his negotiations, we were able to sell with zero $ spent on repairs after the inspection. That was exactly what we wanted. Brent was also extremely easy to communicate with. My wife and I were in California as often as we were in Washington and Brent was easily reachable anytime via phone/email/text. Again, I would absolutely work with Brent again if I were selling a home in Seattle. I've sold homes before with realtors I enjoyed working with, but Brent is really top notch!

... I contacted Brent after I found his information on the web. What a great choice. My Dad is very ill and had to be placed in full time care and we needed the house to sell in order to afford all the expenses. So this was a very difficult situation as I had to make all discussions and work with crew to get the house ready. Brent found us the house of our dreams. Wait, scratch that: we didn't even know we could dream for a house as amazing as the house that Brent helped us find. But let's start at the beginning... We found Brent through a web search for Seattle real estate professionals when we were researching our move to Seattle. His website was great (always a good sign) so we gave him a call and told him what we were looking for. Brent emailed us listings that matched our criteria and we made an appointment to meet him in person and look at a couple of the homes. Thankfully, Brent is lightning fast at emailing new listings and (here's where the 20+ years of real estate experience probably comes in) has a great gut sense of when an offer needs to be made and what the details of the offer need to be to give buyers a fighting chance in a competitive market. That first house wasn't the one. The second, third, fourth house weren't the ones either. Brent was patient as he showed us home after home, and in that process, really "got" us and what we wanted. That's how -- when the house that is now our dream house, the one we're living in today, came on the market -- he knew it was "the one" and told us we needed to see it ASAP. He was right, we made our offer, it was accepted, and the rest is history. All that plus Brent's just a cool guy, a good human being. We'd recommend him to anyone.

He also has a great knowledge of house structure/remodeling etc. Ultimately it was his insight that helped us see the potential in the home we made an offer on and purchased. Yes, it needed a little work but even with remodeling we have our home for $100,000 LESS than our initial budget. It suits us perfectly, and we have Brent to thank for it.
